PATRIZIA Immobilien AG: PATRIZIA signs binding agreement to acquire office
property portfolio
Augsburg, 23 September 2013. PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000PAT1AG3) has
concluded a binding agreement to acquire a portfolio of 36 office
properties with approx. 450,000 sqm rentable space. The seller is a
subsidiary of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG. All office properties are located
in and leased to the German federal state of Hesse on a very long-term
basis. The fair value of the properties amounts to approx. EUR 0.8 billion.
The terms of a sales/purchase agreement have been agreed between the
parties. Closing of the transaction is envisaged before year end 2013.
PATRIZIA acts on behalf of a consortium of institutional investors all
based in German speaking countries investing through a special real estate
fund.
