Switzerland, herby reports that it decreased its holding in own shares to below
3% of the proportion of voting rights as of September 19, 2013 (a total of
342 246 shares / 2.89% of the proportion of voting rights).
Thereof, 0.63% of the proportion of voting rights (a total of 74 746 shares) are
held through its wholly-owned subsidiary Biotech Target N.V., Curaçao.
