(PresseBox) - Thermal pastes have the task to dissipate the process temperature and ensure better heat transfer between two substrates. This takes place in the electronic sector, e.g. micro-processors or other components out of the power electronics which have to be cooled. In this case the thermal paste represents the transition to a heat sink and thus leads the heat to it.
