Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) has received a Letter of Intent for
approximately one month of 3D EM acquisition in Malaysia.

The survey will be performed using the vessel BOA Thalassa, which is expected to
complete its current work programme in Brunei mid-October. The vessel will
thereafter have a 2 week yard stay for routine inspections, before starting the
survey in Malaysia in the beginning of November.

"This is a good continuation to the building of our backlog in this region for
Thalassa," says Roar Bekker, CEO of EMGS.

integration of EM data with seismic and other geophysical and geological
information to give explorationists a clearer and more complete understanding of

finding costs per barrel.

EMGS has conducted more than 700 surveys to improve drilling success rates
across the world's mature and frontier offshore basins. The company operates on
worldwide basis with main offices in Trondheim and Oslo, Norway; Houston, USA;
