(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 09/24/13 -- Former West Glen Communications executive Larry Saperstein has launched KickedUp Media Group, a New York area based company which will specialize in satellite and radio media tours, video production of PSAs, corporate and social videos, media training and Hispanic media outreach.
Mr. Saperstein has more than 30 years of news, marketing and media experience. As head of WestGlen's production and news departments, he provided strategic counsel and oversaw all distribution to news outlets for television and radio projects, and managed all aspects of production for broadcast, Internet and PSA projects. "When it comes right down to it, you can have a fantastic topic for your media tour, but without the right broadcast team to position the story and experienced publicists to pitch, a golden opportunity can quickly become wasted," said Saperstein.
Joining Larry at KickedUp Media Group is vice president of broadcast and media relations, Stephanie Rittenhouse. "This business is about relationships. Not just the strong ties our publicists have with producers around the country, but also the relationships you create in working with a client as a true partner, and that's what we're going to be about at KickedUp," said Rittenhouse, who was the senior broadcast project manager at WestGlen.
Spear heading KickedUp Media Group's production unit as vice-president, is award winning producer Laura DeAngelis. Allison Lehman is the new company's director of operations.
