ORCO Germany prospectus approval
The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier has approved a
prospectus for the admission to trading of the 153,256,130 shares of Orco
Germany issued to its parent company Orco Property Group ('OPG') and OPG's
subsidiary Brillant 1419. GmbH&Co. Verwaltungs KG on 27 September 2012
against their contribution in kind of 125,130 Orco Germany bonds and the
28,028,982 shares issued to OPG on 6 June 2013 against its contribution in
kind of 22,885 Orco Germany bonds. As such, these 181,285,112 shares that
had already been issued but were not yet tradeable will be admitted to
trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the coming days once all legal
and procedural listing formalities have been executed. These shares will
then be fungible with the 48,771,333 shares that are currently listed on
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN code LU0251710041), giving a total of
230,056,445 listed shares of Orco Germany. OPG directly and indirectly
holds a total of 88.22% of the shares of Orco Germany.
