Mandatory notification of trade in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's issues

The attached list gives an overview of trades in subscription rights and
subscriptions of new equity certificates carried out by primary insiders of the
SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge and their related parties in connection with the rights
offering and the employee offering.

The dates of the trades/subscriptions are specified in the attachment. The
trades/subscriptions could not be conducted with the other insider
trades/subscriptions on 13 or 16 September due to practical and technical
reasons. Equity certificates were subscribed according to subscription rights,
and/or in the employee offering. The subscription period is from 13 September
2013 through 27 September 2013, 16.30(CET).

The new equity certificates will be allocated on or about 3 October 2013.
