Frankfurt am Main, 27 September 2013 - The supervisory board of IFM
Immobilien AG renewed the employment contract of Volker de Boer, Chairman
of the Management Board (CEO), well ahead of time, with the new contract to
end 31 December 2015.
Said Kaare M. Krane, Chairman of the Supervisory Board: 'We should like to
thank Volker de Boer for the great and trust-based collaboration over the
past month, and should like to keep working together along the same lines.
We have a vested interest in seeing IFM Immobilien AG continue on its
present course, and the fact that we extended the contract ahead of time
suggests as much.'
