(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/27/13 -- Northcore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NCR) announced the closing of its private placement of an amount of $30,000 according to TSX-V rules and regulations. The private placement consists of 3,000,000 common shares at a price of $ 0.01 per share.

The Corporation mentions that an insider participated to such closing for an amount of $5,000.

The Units will be subject to a 4 month hold period until January 27, 2014.
