New Head of Finance and new Head of IR/Information at Klövern

During the fourth quarter Jens Andersson will join Klövern as Head of Finance.
Jens is currently working for Catella and has substantial experience of finance
and real estate also from Aareal Bank, SEB and GE Capital.

Lars Norrby will today take up a position as Head of IR/Information at Klövern.
Lars has over 20 years of experience from the financial markets, primarily in
the role of equity analyst at Enskilda, Alfred Berg and Cheuvreux. At the same
time Klövern develops its IR-service by letting Jakob Mörndal - with
international experience from the fixed income business of Swedbank - take care
of the dialogue with bondholders. Both Lars and Jakob joined Klövern during the
first half of 2013.

Jens Andersson, Lars Norrby and Jakob Mörndal will be working at Klövern's head
office in Stockholm where also Peeter Kinnunen - Head of Transactions - is
based.
