JDSU Announces Internet Availability of Proxy Materials for 2013 Annual Meeting
(firmenpresse) - MILPITAS, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/01/13 -- JDSU (NASDAQ: JDSU) (TSX: JDU) today announced that the proxy materials for its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders have been filed with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and are now available online at pursuant to the SEC Notice and Access rule.
JDSU stockholders may obtain printed materials free of charge by following the instructions provided on the Company's investor relations website or in the "Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials" that was mailed to stockholders of record as of September 16, 2013. Holders of exchangeable shares of JDS Uniphase Canada Ltd. will automatically receive printed materials in the mail.
JDSU's Annual Stockholders' Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 690 North McCarthy Boulevard in Milpitas, California. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on that date.
Stockholders unable to attend in person can access a live webcast of the Annual Meeting on the company's website at beginning at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, November 13, 2013. Following the meeting, a replay of the webcast will be available until at least December 11, 2013.
