WestBond Announces Closing of Second Tranche of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - DELTA, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/01/13 -- WestBond Enterprises Corporation (TSX VENTURE: WBE) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed the second and final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of a total of 18,750,000 common shares raising total gross proceeds of $1,500,000 (the "Offering").
Under the second tranche of the Offering, the Company issued 3,875,000 common shares at a price of $0.08 per common share, raising gross proceeds of $310,000.
The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to purchase plant and equipment to vertically integrate and expand the Company's manufacturing of paper products.
