TAD Appoints Greg Thomson as Director
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/02/13 -- TAD Mineral Exploration Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TJ) has appointed Greg Thompson to the Company's board of directors, effective immediately.
Jason Gigliotti, a director of TAD, stated, "We are very pleased to add Mr. Thomson to the board of directors of TAD. His experience and expertise will be of considerable value to the board and will keep the board well positioned to guide TAD in its future endeavours. We currently have strategically located prospects in the some of most exciting areas in the junior market, including properties bordering the Zenyatta discovery and the Patterson Lake Uranium discovery and management plans to become much more active going forward."
Mr. Thomson has over 30 years of mineral exploration experience, mainly as a mineral exploration project geologist, working as an employee and consultant to both junior and senior mineral exploration/mining companies.
Mr. Thomson has overseen numerous minor to advanced-level mineral exploration programs and mineral property evaluations throughout most of the mineral regions of British Columbia. Mr. Thomson has also managed and participated in international exploration programs in Alaska, Mexico and Mongolia.
Mr. Thomson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Thomson is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
