Net Insight's Nomination Committee for 2014 has been appointed

In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting held on April
25th, 2013 the members of the nomination committee shall be nominated by the
four largest shareholders (voting rights). In addition, the company's Chairman
of the board shall be part of the nomination committee.
Net Insight's nomination committee for the 2014 Annual General Meeting consists
of Clifford H. Friedman (Constellation Growth Capital), Lars Bergkvist (Lannebo
Fonder), Annika Andersson (Swedbank Robur funds), Ramsay Brufer (Alecta) and
Lars Berg (Chairman of the Net Insight Board and European Venture Partner for
Constellation Growth Capital). The nomination committee appointed Lars Bergkvist
(Lannebo Fonder) to serve as Chairman of the Committee.
The nomination committee's task is to present proposals to the Annual General
Meeting for Chairman of the Annual General Meeting, Chairman of the Board of
Directors, members of the Board of Directors and auditors, as well as fees and
other remuneration to each member of the board and any remuneration for
committee work and audit fees. Furthermore, the nomination committee shall make
a proposal regarding the composition of the nomination committee and its tasks
for the Annual General Meeting 2015.
