closed a strategic investment in CNSX Markets, operator of the Canadian National
Stock Exchange and Pure Trading. In conjunction with the investment, for which
the terms were not released, Mr. Ned Goodman, President and CEO of Dundee, has
joined the CNSX Markets' Board as Deputy Chairman.
