Reference is made to the mandatory offer from Dyer Coriat Holding SL ("DCH") for
all the outstanding shares of Camposol Holding Plc at NOK 25 launched on
September 24(th) 2013.
Samuel Dyer Coriat, Executive Chairman of Camposol Holding Plc, accepted on
October 3(rd)2013, DCH's offer for his own shareholding of 35,000 shares. In
addition, his wife Maria Pía Copello Hora, accepted the offer for her own
shareholding of 2,000 shares.
Upon completion of the offer, Samuel Dyer Coriat and his wife will no longer
directly hold any shares of Camposol Holding Plc.
