Santa Fe Metals Corp. Provides Update Regarding Option Agreement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/04/13 -- Further to its news release dated September 25, 2013, Santa Fe Metals Corp. (TSX VENTURE: SFM) ("SFM" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will soon commence a single-hole drilling program (the "Drill Program") on the Sully group of claims (the "Sully Property"), located near Fort Steele in southeastern British Columbia.
The Company notes that completion of the Drill Program is one condition to the exercise of the option described in its September 25, 2013 news release (the "Option"), and that it will seek shareholder approval prior to completing any further conditions (i.e., other than the Drill Program) under the Option.
The Option transaction remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
