(firmenpresse) - SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/07/13 -- Certive Solutions Inc. (formerly VisualVault Corporation) (the "Company" or "Certive") (CNSX: CBP) announces that further to its news release on October 2, 2013, the Company will be implementing the approved share consolidation to Certive shareholders of record on October 7, 2013 (the "Record Date"). Shareholders of Certive will receive one share for every two shares held as of the Record Date. A letter of transmittal will be sent by mail to shareholders advising that the share consolidation has taken effect and instructing shareholders to surrender the certificates evidencing their common shares for replacement certificates representing the number of common shares to which they are entitled as a result of the consolidation. Until surrendered, each certificate will be deemed for all purposes to represent the number of common shares to which the holder thereof is entitled as a result of the consolidation.
