Vantex Sells Its Cookie Monster Property

(firmenpresse) - LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/08/13 -- Vantex Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VAX)(FRANKFURT: UD7A)(ALP: VAX) announces that it sold its interest in the Cookie Monster property to Tomagold Corporation in exchange of $5,000 and 100,000 common shares of Tomagold.

This transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture exchange.
