England Expands Healthcare Investment Banking and Opens Baltimore Office
(firmenpresse) - WASHINGTON, DC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/09/13 -- England & Company, a Washington, DC-based investment bank, announced today that Scott Cousino has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its newly established Baltimore office. Mr. Cousino will provide strategic advice to a broad range of healthcare clients, including healthcare services and related technology companies in sectors ranging from managed care and disease management to seniors housing and long-term care.

Immediately prior to joining England, Mr. Cousino was a Managing Director in Healthcare Investment Banking at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel and its predecessor, Legg Mason. Mr. Cousino previously served as Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at each of Stifel and Legg Mason. He also served as Chairman of both firms' Fairness Opinion Committee for over ten years.
