Europe, announces that the Group's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
('EGM') will be held on Thursday 21 November 2013 at 14:00 hours CET at the
offices of the Company at Piet Heinstraat 11a, 7204 JN Zutphen, the Netherlands.
The notice, complete agenda and the explanatory notes thereto are available for

The Company also announces that is has reached agreement with Mr. Frédéric Amar
and Salveo to terminate the pending legal proceedings before the Enterprise
Chamber (Ondernemingskamer) of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
