("Wildlaw Capital") (TSX VENTURE: WLD.P) announced today that its letter of intent with Suntricity Corporation relating to a proposed transaction has been terminated. The proposed transaction was initially announced by Wildlaw Capital on March 27, 2013 and trading of the common shares of Wildlaw Capital has been halted since that date.
