Vienna-based company LIEMMEC has created a software solution for insurance advisers that is set to revolutionise the advice process for corporate clients.
(firmenpresse) - A web-based solution that covers the entire consulting process and reduces consultancy time, on average, by half has been produced after more than two years of intensive development work.
Vienna, June 2011 - Commercial insurance business presents advisers with huge challenges in terms of time, unlike when advising private clients. Insurance brokers, in particular, are faced with liabilities that may threaten their very existence, in addition to broad subject areas and an unmanageable number of risks.
The LIEMMEC BCA software is programmed to save all the entries made by insurance advisers automatically. This means that even if the Internet connection is lost or the PC crashes, work can continue from the same point, whereas before, all previous work would have been lost. This ensures that all significant risks are captured and taken into account in the policy outline. In terms of content, the software contains a complex network of more than 1,400 interlinked questions. The risks actually affecting the respective client are elicited using this complex list of questions. Consequently, insurance advisers may be able to secure new business, since they will identify risks that they might not have considered previously. A special feature of LIEMMEC BCA is the fact that the software provides advisers with a comprehensive and consistent report where each step of the advice process can be tracked in detail.
By integrating the signotec electronic signature solution, the entire advice process can be entirely paper-free. This is a tool that will help insurance companies run their business more profitably and with less risk. They will also save a huge amount of time as all the relevant documents such as power of attorney, brokerage agreement, consulting reports and policy outlines will be generated automatically as part of the process.
