Precipitate Gold Appoints New CFO

(TSX VENTURE: PRG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Vivien Chuang as the Company's Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Ms Chuang is a chartered accountant with over seven years industry experience. She currently acts as CFO for Azincourt Uranium Inc., and previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Charlton & Company. Ms Chuang replaces Hallein Darby who resigned as CFO of the Company effective September 30, 2013. The Company thanks Ms. Darby for her contributions to the Company and wishes her success in her future endeavours.
