The Board of Directors of Camposol Holding Plc announces that Mr. Jorge Ramirez
has resigned from the Chief Financial Officer position, in order to pursue new
projects and personal aspirations.
Mr. Angel Suarez, Controller of Camposol Holding Plc, will assume the CFO
functions during the selection process for the new CFO (process that has already
begun).
"During almost five years as CFO of Camposol, Jorge has shown not only his
talent and professionalism, but also his leadership. All of which have been
crucial for the consolidation and laying of the foundations for the future
growth of the Company. As CFO, some of the greatest achievements were: opening
access to international markets, which allowed the company to restructure its
long term debt, and implementing process and management control, necessary to
achieve the new vision and leadership. I would like to personally take this
opportunity to thank him for his contributions to Camposol and DC Group, and
