Vitesse Names Uday Mudoi as Vice President, Product Marketing
(firmenpresse) - CAMARILLO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/16/13 -- (NASDAQ: VTSS), a leading provider of advanced IC solutions for Carrier and Enterprise networks, announced that Vitesse veteran, Uday Mudoi, has been named vice president, product marketing. In this role, Mr. Mudoi is responsible for global execution of Vitesse's market strategy for all product lines and reports directly to Chris Gardner, Vitesse's chief executive officer.
"Uday's experience makes him ideal to lead Vitesse's global product marketing initiatives," said Chris Gardner, CEO of Vitesse. Mr. Mudoi has nearly two decades of experience in the communications and semiconductor industries, including Siemens, Oralogic, and 13 years at Vitesse. He will apply his experience in Carrier and Enterprise to grow the Company's new product portfolio and further increase market traction in the , and markets.
Mr. Mudoi earned a bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He also holds two master's degrees: in computer engineering from North Carolina State University and in business administration from Columbia University.
