AV Homes Selects Zion & Zion as National Agency of Record
(firmenpresse) - TEMPE, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 10/18/13 -- Zion & Zion (), one of , has officially been named the national agency of record for AV Homes, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVHI). AV Homes, a national homebuilder based in Scottsdale, Ariz., with developments in multiple states, signed a 30 month agency of record agreement with Zion & Zion.
AV Homes is currently engaged in homebuilding, land development and other real estate operations in Florida, Arizona and the Carolinas. However, following a recent $135 million equity investment by global private investment firm TPG, AV Homes intends to expand its presence with additional raw land and finished home site acquisitions.
To facilitate the marketing, advertising, branding and PR/social media components of this effort, AV Homes conducted a review of agencies, but ultimately selected Zion & Zion for its intense focus on business results and digital strategy.
