"Company") of the Company's entry into a debt for equity exchange agreement
October 11, 2013.
Frontline has on October 18, 2013 issued 665,698 new ordinary shares. Following
such issuance, Frontline has an issued share capital of USD 85,318,413 divided
into 85,318,413 ordinary shares.
