Trilogy Energy Corp. Announces Closing of C$200 Million Equity Financing
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/21/13 -- Trilogy Energy Corp. ("Trilogy") (TSX: TET) announced today that it has completed its previously announced public offering of 7,020,000 common shares at a price of $28.50 per common share for gross proceeds of $200,070,000. The common shares were sold through a syndicate of underwriters co-led by BMO Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets.
The securities offered have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.
