Robix owns a Clean Ocean Vessel ("COV") patent for specially equipped vessels to
recover oil spills. This unique product is able to recover oil, even in the
roughest waters, and is not impacted by any floating debris. Through a
combination of rotating metal cylinders and flexible skimmers, the oil is
removed with the clean water returned to its original environment.
Robix has recognized a worldwide market opportunity for effective containment,
recovery and disposal equipment, particularly in the oil spill protection
industry, and it proposes to develop a business model as a service provider,
and/or equipment provider under licensing agreements. Robix now seeks to form an
alliance with a company that has existing global market access but lacks a truly
unique environmental product such as a high volume oil spill recovery vessel in
its product line.
The company has approximately 5.95 million shares issued and outstanding, and
with its opening trades taking place at the $0.27 level, the company is
