(PresseBox) - Despite a 20 percent expansion of exhibition space LogiMAT 2012 is already almost fully booked. In its anniversary year the fair is being held under the banner of "Innovation + Networks for Sustainable Growth" and is already promising a record draw.
In its anniversary year of 2012 LogiMAT will be breaking all previous records. Nine months prior to the opening of the 10th International Trade Fair for Distribution, Materials Handling and Information Flow almost 80 percent of net exhibition space is Stuttgart is already booked. In the process LogiMAT will be occupying a fifth hall (Hall 9) with an additional 10,500 square metres in the coming year and will thus be offering just under 20 percent more exhibition space than in years past. "LogiMAT 2012 will be the industry event across Europe in the coming year," explains Exhibition Director Peter Kazander. "That's why exhibitors have already booked in advance. This resonance clearly underscores that the LogiMAT concept has proven itself as a fair of easy access and intensive exchange of information. In the tenth year since its inception LogiMAT has established itself as the leading trade fair and networking meeting place of the intralogistics industry."
This is reflected in the fair's slogan in its anniversary year. LogiMAT 2012 will be opening its gates under the banner of "Innovation + Networks for Sustainable Growth". This applies equally to the exhibitor and visitor side. In Stuttgart exhibitors from the sectors of operational facilities, packaging, labelling, materials handling and storage technology right through to logistics software will be covering the entire spectrum of the intralogistics industry - and will be presenting to users their product innovations for future-oriented, environmentally sustainable growth.
However, thematically the fair's slogan doesn't just emphasise the function of LogiMAT as the leading trade fair for efficient intralogistics solutions. The fair's slogan for 2012 also refers to the special character of the LogiMAT brand: Numerous events, more than 20 trade forums and a multitude of exhibitor lectures make LogiMAT the added value fair with direct contract to decision-makers and first-hand information. "The current demand situation points to the great importance accorded LogiMAT in the intralogistics industry," sums up Exhibition Director Kazander. "In its anniversary year of 2012 fair management will be paying special attention that the high expectations made of LogiMAT are again fulfilled and that both exhibitors and trade visitors in Stuttgart experience a top-class event."
