Avante Logixx Inc.-Grant of Incentive Options

("the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: XX) announced that, effective October 17, 2013, it granted, as it does on an annual basis, options to acquire 212,500 common shares to certain directors of the Corporation at an option price of $0.28 subject to the terms and conditions of a Stock Option plan approved on September 30, 2010. The options have a term of five years.
