from niobium mines, as a co-product of alluvial cassiterite exploitation or from
alluvial coltan deposits.
The company recently closed a private placement, raising gross proceeds of
$475,000. The company has approximately 33.5 million shares issued and
outstanding, and with its opening trades taking place at the $0.12 level, the
company is capitalized at $4 million.
