FormFactor, Inc. Accelerates Reporting of Third Quarter Results
(firmenpresse) - LIVERMORE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/23/13 -- FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM) today announced it will accelerate its third quarter earnings announcement and conference call. The earnings announcement will be released at approximately 5:00 a.m. PDT on Thursday, October 24. A conference call to discuss the third quarter results and fourth quarter financial guidance will be held tomorrow, October 24, 2013 at 5:30 a.m. PDT, or 8:30 a.m. EDT. The public is invited to listen to a live webcast of FormFactor's conference call on the Investors section of the company's website at . An audio replay of the conference call will also be made available approximately two hours after the conclusion of the call. The audio replay will remain available until October 26 at 9:00 p.m. PDT, and can be accessed by dialing (855) 859-2056 (domestic) or (404) 537-3406 (international) and entering confirmation code 72494882.
The call referenced above will take the place of the conference call originally scheduled for Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. PDT, or 4:30 p.m. EDT.
