Bernstein will present the session, "Big Data for HR: Now is The Time," on Oct. 28 from 1:30 to 2:30. The session will explain how to leverage Big Data-derived predictive analytics insights to improve job posting effectiveness as well as ways to begin integrating Big Data into the recruiting process sooner than later.
