IKB extends deadline for IKB Funding Trust I purchase programme until 22
November 2013
[Düsseldorf, 28 October 2013] The IKB Group (IKB) has extended the deadline
for the purchase programme for the listed IKB Funding Trust I issue, ISIN
DE0008592759. Holders of IKB Funding Trust I securities can still submit
offers of sale until 22 November 2013. This information is subject to
change.
The approval rating required for acceptance of the proposed contractual
amendments to IKB Funding Trust I of at least 66 2/3% of the outstanding
nominal amount was not reached by 28 October 2013.

It is intended that the units will be acquired by Matrona GmbH, a company
