Entrade Energiesysteme AG publishes issue prospectus
Dahlem-Schmidtheim. - On 26 October 2013 Entrade Energiesysteme AG
published its issue prospectus, which has been approved by Germany's
Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bafin). The issue prospectus,
which encompasses more than 150 pages, is available as a PDF file on the
homepage of Entrade Energiesysteme AG (www.entrade.de).
The share prospectus contains the public offer of 6,075,000 no-par value
bearer shares from the holdings of the existing shareholders, each with a
pro rata share of EUR 1,- in the company's share capital and with full
entitlement to dividends from 1 January 2013. The securities identification
number is: ENTR86.
ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG finances the development and operation of plants
for the generation of electricity and heat from biomass and from selected
raw and waste materials. At the international level the company plans,
markets and operates modular small power stations fuelled by a wide range
of recycling materials.
In addition to Dahlem-Schmidtheim and Düsseldorf the ENTRADE group of
companies is also represented at the international locations of Belgrade,
Bolzano and Hawaii.
