Early Warning News Release of Mr. Dave Gagnon, Chief Executive Officer of Tantalex Resources Corporation and Mr. Jean-Robert Pronovost, Chief Financial Officer of Tantalex Resources Corporation
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/29/13 -- Dave Gagnon of Montreal, Quebec, the Chief Executive Officer of Tantalex Resources Corporation (the "Company"), announces that he acquired ownership or control over 4,830,176 common shares of the Company ("Shares") and warrants to acquire 146,875 Shares representing approximately 14.42% of the Company's currently outstanding Shares and approximately 14.79% of the Company's Shares assuming full exercise of the warrants. The Shares and warrants were issued in exchange for securities of Tantalex Corporation ("Tantalex") owned or controlled by Mr. Gagnon pursuant to the completion of the reverse take-over transaction (the "Transaction") between the Company and Tantalex on October 21, 2013. Mr. Gagnon did not own securities of the Company prior to the closing of the Transaction. Mr. Gagnon acquired the securities of the Company for investment purposes and, subject to regulatory requirements, may acquire additional securities of the Company in the future.
Jean-Robert Pronovost of Saint-Lambert, Quebec, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, announces that he acquired ownership or control over 3,306,475 Shares and options to acquire 1,775,000 Shares representing approximately 9.87% of the Company's currently outstanding Shares and approximately 14.41% of the Company's Shares assuming full exercise of the options. The Shares and options were issued in exchange for securities of Tantalex owned or controlled by Mr. Pronovost pursuant to the completion of the Transaction. Mr. Pronovost did not own securities of the Company prior to the closing of the Transaction. Mr. Pronovost acquired the securities of the Company for investment purposes and, subject to regulatory requirements, may acquire additional securities of the Company in the future.
