Solid Gold Resources Corp. Announces Suspension of Trading and Director Resignations

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/29/13 -- The TSX Venture Exchange has suspended trading, effective Oct. 28, 2013, in the company's securities as a result of failing to maintain Exchange requirements.

In addition, Solid Gold announces that Andrew Lindzon and Robbie Grossman have resigned from Solid Gold's board of directors, effective Oct. 9,2013. Mr. Grossman has also resigned as Corporate Secretary.
