ARYZTA AG has this morning issued to its shareholders the Invitation and Agenda
for its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held on Tuesday, 10
December 2013 in Zurich, Switzerland. The Invitation and Agenda for the AGM are

The Board of Directors proposes the individual election of Mr. Andrew Morgan and
Mr. John Yamin as members of the Board of Directors each for a three-year term

In addition, the Board of Directors proposes the individual re-election of Mr.
Charles (Chuck) Adair and Mr. Owen Killian as members of the Board of Directors

(1 )Subject to the entry into force of a new ordinance in Switzerland, annual
