(PresseBox) - Following the huge success of the IRISnotes(TM) Executive worldwide, I.R.I.S. is thrilled to announce the release of its IRISNotes(TM) for Smartphones, brand-new smartpen that completes the existing IRISNotes(TM) family.
The IRISNotes(TM) for Smartphones is a revolutionary pen that sends your handwritten notes directly from the sheet of paper into your BlackBerry® or Android(TM) phone via Bluetooth®. You can now share your notes and sketches directly from your Smartphone by sending a simple email, or even turn them into electronic text on your computer.
I.R.I.S.' newest product is simple to use. From a battery powered pen, hand movements are transmitted to a receiver clipped at the top of an ordinary page of paper. Your handwritten memos are then sent to the Smartphone in a snap via Bluetooth® and ready to be shared with your contacts. This cutting-edge product also allows you to annotate the pictures taken with your Smartphone before sharing or storing them!
Once back at home or in the office, the receiver, storing up to 100 pages of text, can also be connected to your computer via Bluetooth® and the Optical Character Recognition software converts your scribbled notes into electronic text that can be saved, edited or deleted. The IRISnotes(TM) for Smartphones archives the handwritten text (retaining the writer's handwriting) and then processes the notes and exports them to standard applications such as Microsoft® Word or Outlook.

The IRISNotes(TM) for Smartphones will be available for international distribution as of June 1st, 2011 and will be retailed for 129?.
