DVB Bank SE: Elisabeth Winter to take over as Head of Group Corporate

Frankfurt/Main, 4 November 2013 - With effect from 1 December 2013,
Elisabeth Winter will succeed Professor Dr Borislav Bjelicic as Head of DVB
Bank SE's Group Corporate Communications. Professor Bjelicic is leaving DVB
to focus on his university teaching activities.
Elisabeth Winter joined DVB's Human Resources division in 1986, having
completed her second state examination in law. From 1997 onwards, she
established the Bank's Investor Relations department, as part of Group
Corporate Communications. Today, her portfolio of responsibilities includes
all of DVB's financial publications, the Bank's Annual General Meetings,
relationships with rating agencies, online communications, and corporate
design.
As the successor to Professor Bjelicic, she will now also assume the
function of DVB's media spokesperson, alongside responsibility for internal
communications.
