SDLP - Seadrill Partners LLC Files Form F-3 Shelf Registration Statement

London, United Kingdom, November 4, 2013 - Seadrill Partners LLC (NYSE: SDLP)
("Seadrill Partners" or the "Company") announces that it has filed a shelf
registration statement on form F-3 with the US Securities and Exchange
Commission ("SEC"). Upon being declared effective by the SEC, the registration
statement will allow the Company to offer and sell, from time to time, up to
US$800 million of equity and debt securities as described in the registration
statement, through one or more public offerings. The shelf registration
statement also covers 10,000,000 common units which may be sold by Seadrill
Limited. Terms and price of securities issued in any future offering will be
established at the time of such offering and will be described in a prospectus
supplement that the Company will file with the SEC.
A registration statement relative to the above described securities has been
filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become
effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted
prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
