Munich, November 04, 2013 - SHW Holding L.P. intends to sell up to 3.4m
shares in SHW AG to institutional investors in a private placement via an
accelerated bookbuilding process. This represents SHW Holding L.P.'s entire
shareholding in the company (i.e. approx. 58.3% of the share capital). SHW
Holding L.P. is owned by several private equity fund vehicles (Nordwind
Capital).
Bookbuilding will commence immediately and will be managed by Deutsche Bank
and Commerzbank as Joint Bookrunners.
