Munich, November 05, 2013 - SHW Holding L.P. announces the successful
completion of the sale of 3.4m shares in SHW AG at a price of EUR 39.00 per
share to institutional investors resulting in a placement volume of EUR
133.0m. SHW Holding L.P. accordingly holds no more shares in SHW AG. SHW
Holding L.P. is owned by several private equity fund vehicles (Nordwind
Capital).
The placement was managed by Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank as Joint
Bookrunners through an accelerated bookbuilt offering.
