Ontario Graphite Ltd. Files NI 43-101 Report on Kearney Graphite Property

(firmenpresse) - KEARNEY, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/04/13 -- Ontario Graphite Ltd. (the "Company") today announced that it has filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report on its Kearney graphite property located approximately 26 kilometers north-east of Kearney, Ontario, in the Township of Kearney. The report is entitled "NI 43-101 Technical Report and August 2013 Mineral Resource Estimate - Kearney Graphite Property, Ontario, Canada" (the "Kearney Report") and was composed by Greg Greenough, P.Geo. of Golder Associates, dated October 25, 2013, with an effective date of August 30, 2013.

The results of the Kearney Report were previously reported by the Company in its press release dated September 19, 2013.

The Kearney Report, including the mineral resource estimate, was completed by Mr. Greg Greenough, P.Geo. - a qualified person for Golder Associates and an independent qualified person within the meaning of NI 43-101 for the Company. Mr. Greenough has reviewed the technical information provided in this news release and consents to the references to the Kearney Report provided here.
