(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/06/13 -- The Board of Directors of E-L Financial Corporation Limited (TSX: ELF)(TSX: ELF.PR.F)(TSX: ELF.PR.G)(TSX: ELF.PR.H) today declared a special cash dividend of $75.00 per Common Share payable December 16, 2013 to shareholders of record on December 5, 2013.
In addition, the Board of Directors today declared the following quarterly cash dividends:
E-L Financial Corporation Limited advises that the above referenced dividends are eligible dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act, Canada and any similar provincial tax legislation.
