New Klondike to Hold Its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on January 6, 2014

(TSX VENTURE: NK) ("New Klondike" or the "Company") is issuing this press release at the request of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange"). The Exchange has determined that the Company has been offside of the Exchange's policies for holding an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") on two occasions.
The Company has made every effort to cooperate with the Exchange during their review of this matter. On October 22, 2013, the Company filed notice on SEDAR indicating that it had fixed a Record and Meeting Date for an AGM. The Record Date is set for November 27, 2013 and the Meeting Date is set for January 6, 2014. The Company has also provided an undertaking to the Exchange that it will hold all future AGMs within the time period required by the Exchange's policies.
