New Klondike Applies to Extend Warrant Expiry
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/09/14 -- New Klondike Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: NK) ("New Klondike" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that is has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") to extend the term of its Series 2012-A Warrants ("the Warrants") originally issued on October 24, 2012. The Warrants were issued as part of a private placement unit offering (the "Offering") which closed on October 24, 2012. A total of 2,500,000 Warrants were issued at closing of the Offering and entitle the holders thereof to purchase one common share at a price of $0.15 until October 24, 2014. Subject to TSXV approval, the Company plans to extend the term of the Warrants for a period of two years ending on October 24, 2016. Two directors of the Company hold a total of 415,625 or approximately 16.6% of the Series 2012-A Warrants.
