MICROS Subsidiary, JTECH Communications, Appoints Discover Systems New Master Distributor for Europe, Africa and Middle East
Discover will elevate service levels and product access to industry leading JTECH wireless solutions
(PresseBox) - 08.11.2013 - JTECH Communications, wholly-owned subsidiary of MICROS Systems, Inc. ,a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality and retail industries, today announced the appointment of Discover Systems A/S as new master distributor for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EAME). Discover Systems is based in Odense, Denmark, with offices in Sweden and Germany. From this north-central continental European location, Discover Systems will sell and support JTECH throughout the EAME region through both direct and indirect distribution channels.
Discover Systems will engage its direct offices and new and existing distributors to better distribute JTECH products across the EAME region. Discover Systems will also provide MICROS EAME offices and dealers JTECH sales and product support to better service its existing clients. Initially, Discover will represent JTECH's core server paging and guest/customer queuing applications to Restaurants, Healthcare, Retail and other key vertical market segments. JTECH brands being represented include ServAlert®, GuestAlert®, QuikCall?, InstaCall? and CommPass® (GuestPass?, MediPass? and ShopperPass?). Other new communication products are expected to follow as development continues and the relationship grows and matures.
